Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items or errors made by Mamayanda Store.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Mamayanda Store is at fault.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, specify the item you’d like in place of the original. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a store credit.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
